This app uses parcel mapping with Philly's Open Data APIs to identify all residents and licensed rental entities within boundaries that you draw; then, it generates Avery 5160 compatible mailing labels for everyone, including residents, with all duplicates removed.
Further, it supports group use by keeping track of whom and what has been printed and mailed.
